You can voluntarily surrender your licence at any time by sending written notice to REA.

When your licence has been surrendered
- Your name will be removed from the public register.
- You will no longer be able to carry out real estate work.
- The licence fees and levies you have paid for the year cannot be refunded.
If you wish to work in real estate in the future
You will need to apply for a new licence. Read about the licence application process
