Our public register holds contact details for all licensed real estate agents and you can check if an agent has had any complaints upheld against them. You can search our public register online. You can also find out what action you can take if you have concerns about an agent’s behaviour.

Search for published complaints decisions

Serious complaints against real estate agents are considered by a Complaints Assessment Committee (CAC). You can search for published CAC and some Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Tribunal decisions.
